About Oakley Medical Dental Plaza


Oakley Medical Dental Plaza is scheduled for completion by early to mid-2019.  It will be the ideal location for medical and dental practitioners looking to establish or expand their medical/dental practice in a fast-growing community.  The demographics and recent history of growth supports future population growth, increasing income levels, and an increasing need for medical and dental professionals within Oakley City limits.  Right now, it appears that Oakley is quite underserved by both dental and medical professionals.  Population now exceeds 40,000 and yet there are no known physicians and only 5 dentists who currently have offices within City limits.

The City Center is the activity hub for the town, and the Medical Dental Plaza is in the heart of it all, but with easy access off of Main St. (19,000 average daily traffic count) at a planned, signalized intersection, with exceptionally good planned parking.  Close to Ca. Hwy. 160 and Hwy. 4, it will be within easy driving distance from Brentwood, Antioch, Discovery Bay, Knightson, and other surrounding communities.  It will be an attractive destination for people with medical/dental needs as well as an attractive place for practitioners and staff to work.

New schools are opening and being built within the City limits.  Many new residential subdivisions are recently completed and more are under construction.

The building will house about 19,000 net rentable s.f. of office space and will accomodate 7 to 9 medical or dental offices.  It will be a first-class, two-story, energy-efficient structure designed to facilitate  state-of-the-art practices, and it will be delivered to tenants in a soft shell condition, which will reduce each practioner’s costs for building out their space.  Our development team is also prepared to provide assistance in the areas of space planning, architectural and tenant improvement services and financing resources, as needed.

Early reservations to lease office space are strongly encouraged.  Those who commit to leasing space early will be able to reduce their costs of finishing out the soft shell space, because the General Contractor will be able to better plan where to stub out the utilities, plumbing and communications lines to reduce individual office build-out costs.  Also, choices of location within the building are still ample, but will diminish as more physicians and dentists commit to space.
