Jim is the Broker and Asset Manager for Kimball Associates, Inc.
Jim’s has evolved (aged!). He now enjoys living on the Mendocino Coast and in helping local property owners with their real estate needs.

He continues to help prior clients in the San Francisco Bay Area when their needs arise.
He holds a degree in Environmental Biology from U.C. Berkeley and has earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation and the Certified Residential Specialist Designation (CRS), considered to be the two highest certifications in the fields of commercial investment real estate and residential real estate by the National Association of Realtors.
Jim has logged more than 30 years of experience in most aspects of commercial and residential real estate. That includes brokerage, property rehabilitation, leasing, asset management, court testimony as an expert whitness and estate planning.

Jim’s “better half” - Donna, is an independant contractor with Kimball Associates. She has a professional and educational background in design, art and property management. She consults in the areas of design and implementation of home and office remodel and rehabilitation.
